John Vitale

Since June of 2007, John has been responsible for the development, renovation and maintenance of HPP facilities. As Facilities Manager, his hard work ensures all in-house operations can run smoothly and efficiently. These facilities he oversees include retail stores, warehouses, and the corporate building that houses HPP, AEG and Livingston & Haven.

John fosters numerous relationships in property and estate management, working with suppliers of all types in construction, electrical, flooring, framing and more. He manages suppliers and his team to complete everything from full fulfillment center construction to retail space build-out to machinery installation.
