Who We Are
AEG International is a North Carolina Limited Liability Company incorporated in 2014 which is fully owned by the privately-held North Carolina Company, Hyde Park Partners Inc. (HPP). HPP is a 75-year-old engineering company with approximately 200 employees and $80 million in annual revenue. HPP formed AEG International in 2014 to create a subsidiary that could focus on developing cutting edge renewable energy and clean water solutions.
We operate internationally in Tanzania through the subsidiary company American Engineering Group, Ltd. and in the Democratic Republic of Congo through AEG DRC. The company aims to continue to expand its presence in Africa and is pursuing opportunities in Ghana and Cameroon as well.
